Hello, We are Tash & Trace, a mother and daughter team interested in slowing down the aging process for ourselves and we wanted to share this with others!

Trace is the other side of 55 😉 and Tash is on the other side of 40 and there’s no better time than to start really taking care of things so we can age gracefully!

Our skin is doing OK but there’s room for improvement, hence we started our journey to make those improvements.

Trace has a diploma in Natural Lift Face Massage, Face Yoga and Beauty Facials. She is a qualified Life Coach and Nutrition Advisor. And lastly, we are are both Neal’s Yard Independent Consultants.
